“The Intervention module streamlines the referral process by connecting students in need to the right support services. The module allows educators to quickly assign services, track the fidelity, frequency, and efficacy of those efforts, and easily review and communicate progress or adjustment needs with stakeholders.” (Source)
Intervention became one of the products I chiefly worked on, as it is part of the “Early Insights Suite” product vertical that I owned as UX lead. From the first wireframing project I was tasked with -- creating better headings and breadcrumbs for navigation throughout the project -- to my very last undertaking with the product that attempted a full rearchitecture, these personas greatly aided my designs and approach. Each persona is research-based, and this set encompasses some of the most common users of Intervention. I researched and created these personas when BrightBytes took on a full commitment to building out Intervention as a standalone product, rather than as a secondary add-on to the predictive analytics dropout prevention product, Student Success.
